About Robert
Robert Gutierrez is the Founder of 915-Locums. A lifelong El Paso resident and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, he brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience, including 18 years of advanced clinical practice.
Robert co-founded 915-Locums to address provider coverage gaps across New Mexico and El Paso. He brings deep clinical knowledge, operational leadership, and a strong understanding of local healthcare needs to help connect facilities with dependable, qualified providers.
His clinical background spans family practice, primary care, pediatrics, urgent care, and chronic disease management.
Outside of his professional work, Robert remains deeply committed to improving healthcare access and strengthening the communities he serves.

Armando Campos is the Co-Founder and lead software developer of 915-Locums. He is leading the development of the company’s provider-matching application, designed to help healthcare facilities address staffing and coverage needs more efficiently.
The platform will allow healthcare facilities to post job openings and notify qualified providers within the 915-Locums network. Through his technical expertise, Armando is helping build a streamlined system that connects healthcare organizations with available providers faster.
